I've been serving families in Greenville, South Carolina since 2022, though my love for photography began back when I was a teenager. With three daughters of my own, I know how important it feels to savor every bit of them as they grow. With my background in education, I take a child-led approach in both my lifestyle family sessions and school portraiture. I focus on the genuine expressions and personalities, not the pose. My goal is to capture every bit of who your child is right now, so years from now you don't just see what they looked like, but you see exactly who they were.

What can i expect from your school portraiture?

 

These portraits are a fresh and modern take on traditional school portraits. They are set against a simple, white backdrop with the focus is set right on the child, capturing their little personalities and expressions. Children will be in a relaxing environment that encourages them to be themselves, with no stiff poses, that will result in classic, unique photos.

 

 

how are images viewed & delivered to families?

 

 

Everything will be done solely online. Portraits will be individually delivered to families through my private, password-protected gallery website. Through this link, families will do all viewing and ordering of their student's portraits and will have the choice of purchasing digital downloads and/or high-quality prints through my storefront. On average, each child will receive 3-6 images, and families can choose to purchase specific favorites or a collection of images at a discount. Any prints that are purchased will be mailed directly to families.

 

how do families receive information about photo day?

 

Prior to photo day I will send an email or PDF with information about what to expect and how to dress their student for photos. I also include pricing information and how ordering or purchasing the photos works.

 

 

 

As a school, what is required of us?

Some things I would need from you before photo day(s):

  • Your agreement to help send out any correspondence or information to the families on my behalf
  • A list of parent names and emails to deliver individual galleries
  • A room/space with a window to use on photo day. The window helps me utilize a natural light source that I use in conjunction of my flash lighting system.
  • A notecard with each child's full name and class/teacher OR a list with this information.

 

 

 

Are your portraits expensive?

 

 

I have competitive rates and nothing is due up front from the families or from the school. All profits are made from purchases families make and I have a multitude of offerings to fit every family's needs.

 

when Do you offer school portraiture?

I offer school portraits at any time during the academic year and work with individual schools to schedule. I do find that portraits are best done in the morning hours before lunch or recess and I can come over a span of a few days to make sure every child gets their portrait done. Specific logistics are discussed with each individual school.
